Jalapeños off to HOT Start!

Jalapeños pick up a pair of victories to open up the season. First, on Wednesday, the Peños diffused the Gunners 13-4 with strong pitching performances and unrelenting baserunning. Then, the Peños displayed their offensive prowess against the Monarchs scoring fourteen including the league’s first homerun by Charlie Hubbs. The Peños didn’t come out unscathed as they deal with a couple of injuries leading into their Wednesday night showdown with the Outlaws, a rematch of last year’s championship series.
